Shipping Policy

Products are shipped within 7 days of purchase (usually sooner). Garage Spec Motorsports does everything we can to keep products available to you, however if a product happens to be on back order and is expected to take longer than 7 days we will notify you immediately with an option to cancel your order if you choose not to wait. *Items offered with "FREE Shipping" - Free shipping only to the lower 48 United States, other states and international orders please contact us for a shipping quote.

Note to all International Customers, including Canadian Customers - All international customers are responsible for all applicable import fees. Please contact us for a more accurate shipping quote.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Returns

Garage Spec Motorsports' customers are our number one priority. We do everything in our power to make your shopping experience with us an enjoyable one. Your satisfaction is very important to us therefore we offer full refunds minus 35% restocking within 7 days from the time you receive your order. In order to qualify for a refund all products being returned must be in brand new condition, non opened, not used, not installed, not missing any parts.

In the unlikely occasion that we made an error we will correct the problem free of charge to you or issue a full refund (inc. shipping), whichever you choose.

Garage Spec Yahoo Japan Auction Services - Terms and Conditions

Garage Spec Yahoo Japan Auction services is a service that we provide to non-Japanese due to their inability to deal with Japanese sellers directly. Garage Spec has no financial or legal relationship whatsoever with Yahoo Japan Auction or the sellers who put their items on auction/online for sale. Garage Spec will not be responsible, explicitly or implicitly, for any item on sale at Yahoo Japan Auction. For example; If the seller does not send the product after Garage Spec makes the payment or if the item is not what the seller advertises or if the item gets damaged or lost, Garage Spec will not be responsible for this damage or loss. Garage Spec will pursue the case with Yahoo Japan Auction but we cannot be held responsible for this and we will not refund the money to our foreign clients/victims of fraud.

If an item(s) are lost, damaged or any other situation that may arise, please make a claim to your shipping service and get something in writing from them. Then inform us about the situation as soon as possible. We will try to help but cannot make any promises, whether explicitly or implicitly.
